Do we pay for water, electric. and gas?

​The water & electric are through the City of Griffin. Gas company is through your choice.

Do you have assigned parking?

​Each unit has to 2 parking spaces but not assigned.

Do you have a central location for mail for the entire property?

​Mailboxes are located at the leasing office 

Do you have an onsite laundry room?

​We do not have an onsite laundry room. All apartments do have washer/dryer hook ups. 

Are you offer Valet Trash pick-up?

​No. We do however have a trash compactor located in the front of the property across from our main office for drop off. 

Is this gated?

No.

Is this military only housing?

​No. We have a variety of residents of all ages & jobs.

Is this income based?

​​To ensure the financial stability of our residents and maintain a safe environment, we have established certain qualifications. Firstly, we require that your monthly income be at least three times the amount of the rent. This criterion helps ensure that you can comfortably afford your rent, allowing you to enjoy your home stress-free. By maintaining this standard, we aim to create a community where residents can thrive financially. In addition to income qualifications, we conduct thorough credit and criminal background screenings. These screenings are conducted to protect the well-being of our residents and maintain a harmonious living environment.
